2022-03-18 19:50:04 +0000 UTC View PostWhat what, a new poll! Sorry I've been a bit absent. This year has been absolutely nuts so far. I'm going to have one week of evenings free in April. Is anyone still interested in that live chat/hangout session? If you so desire, please comment or DM with a preferred day of the week, or weekend.

2022-03-15 15:45:04 +0000 UTC View PostWhen I posed for a fine artist. Liking the power in this one. That statue has a nice place to rest his head. Had a busy, annoying weekend. How was yours?

2022-03-13 16:20:01 +0000 UTC View PostHe heavily edited this one in a bit of a strange way, but I still kind of enjoy the b&w treatment.
2022-03-12 18:20:05 +0000 UTC View PostLove this sepia edit with a wee bit of a film grain filter. Feels like a scan of a porn magazine. Happy Friday everyone. Hope you're all getting through these tough times ok...
2022-03-11 17:30:08 +0000 UTC View PostBeen focusing on gathering plots for children's books that I aim to write and illustrate. Imagine me writing them like this.
2022-03-10 20:15:07 +0000 UTC View PostAs interesting as the results of these shots are, they are some of the more uncomfortable shoots I've attended. The flour gets in every orifice, and not in a fun way.
2022-03-09 16:30:08 +0000 UTC View PostA curvy, dramatically lit workshop image. Someone from the fine art photographic community recently explained that the North American use of "workshop" in photography circles is misused. Turkey shoots, as she called it, is where a large gathering of photographers pay very little to surround a nude model and shoot her at the same time. A workshop, on the other hand, has a professional instructor, and students pay a substantial fee to learn something. Sounds about right to me.
2022-03-08 18:20:02 +0000 UTC View PostI worked at a health food store in downtown Toronto for about a decade. One summer a sweet, South American man was hired as a sous-chef at a restaurant on the street. He'd come in almost daily to buy ingredients before the dinner rush. He'd shyly smile and try to converse in broken English. We mostly communicated with gestures and smiles. A few times he brought me little boxes of chocolates and candies. One day there was this cute rose pin hidden in the bottom of the box. He was only there one summer, but I still have the pin and think about him on occasion. Let that be a lesson gentlemen - if you're sweet on a gal and she's unavailable, it still doesn't hurt to be yourself and make an impression <3

2022-03-05 19:15:07 +0000 UTC View PostA Friday kind of post. I feel lucky to be able to shoot and post images like this if I want to and not fear for my life. Hope your all have a nice weekend.
2022-03-04 16:10:03 +0000 UTC View PostWish I had higher resolution images from this shoot. These were all on film. Not sure what was said, but this photographer always made me laugh. Today's drink is locally roasted coffee with a splash of oat milk. Missing having coffee in person with friends. Anyone want to grab a cup one of these days?
2022-03-03 14:00:55 +0000 UTC View PostAnother fan favourite of me holding a glass or mug. As much as I enjoy vodka and gin, this was just water. What are you thinking about this morning?
2022-03-02 15:00:57 +0000 UTC View PostSticking with the coffee theme this week. Black coffee in the nude. I'm listening to a lot of The Moral Maze right now. Sounds stuffy at first, but their debates are highly engaging.
2022-03-01 14:01:10 +0000 UTC View PostA softly lit nipple for your Monday morning coffee. Where do you get your news? How do you drink your coffee? Are you more of a tea person?
2022-02-28 14:01:45 +0000 UTC View PostIdk guys....feeling like posting photos here is pointless with a war going on. Have any of you taken a break from social media and been reflecting lately, or are you digging in deeper? Has your routine been affected? This one was taken by a Parisian immigrant photographer who dealt with a lot of discrimination and hatred directed towards him in his neighborhood. Not nearly the same as what's happening, but I think he's the only person I've shot with that wasn't a relatively privileged person.

2022-02-26 17:01:24 +0000 UTC View PostDo you guys like MetArt? Every pose from this shoot was taken from that website. The photographer had an ipad full of poses he wanted recreated. Notice my dead eyes after 3 hours of copying poses meant for 80 pound Russian girls? LOL

2022-02-24 17:01:28 +0000 UTC View PostCondos always have the best light... The photographer here rented this Airbnb, and we were told we couldn't use the front doors, but were not told why. We realized shortly after he was illegally renting the space as an AirBnB. The makeup artist that we used came by bus, so she had to be met at the front doors. The owner later called screaming at the photographer because his doorman had called the super and threatened to kick him out for violating the terms of the rental agreement. Pretty amusing considering AirBnBs are destroying the rental markets in big cities.
