Surfs up brah 🏄🏼♀️ This is why paddle-ing is super important. If you don’t train your arms and can’t paddle it can be difficult to catch waves. When you spot the wave coming you want to make sure you’re in position and start paddle-ing as hard as you can! 🌊

Did you know surfing is a major arm workout 🏋️♀️ you spend most of your time paddle-ing. If you don’t keep up with it and go surfing your arms could wear out easily. I try to paddle around even when there aren’t any waves 🌊 to stay in shape 😇

Spent the day practicing the electric hydrofoil surfboard! What did you do? It was a bit hard to ride as the water was a bit choppy. It’s easier to ride this board in perfectly smooth flat water 💧

Maintaining your surfboard wax is important! If you set your board down, sand can get stuck in the wax! Wax is there to create grip on the board for your feet 👣 so you do not slip while surfing 🏄🏼♀️ keep an eye on the wax, if it seems dirty or not sticky you will want to scrape the wax off and re apply!

Even if there are no waves I like to paddle around so my arms are stronger and ready for the next swell. 🌊 it’s all about endurance , and to be honest I’m kind of weak. So the more I get out on the water, the better!

Happy Saturday 😇 I’m going on my electric foil surfboard this weekend on an inland lake! Should be fun. The ocean can be difficult at times with chop and waves. Inland lakes are typically flat as they are surrounded by trees and homes which blocks the wind and prevents chop on the water. The foil performs better in “butter” smooth/flat water conditions 🏄🏼♀️

Spent the afternoon at the beach with my dog 🐶 playing fetch and attempting to surf. The waves 🌊 were not the best.. lots of wind and chop. The rip current was also super strong so you get swept down the beach within seconds. Rip current awareness is very important. Would you watch a video learning about how to exit a rip current?
