They delisted content of mine again. They said I violated terms of service and needed to tag a user. The pic was of me only... a throwback to last No Shave November. I had created a poll and mentioned my you-know-who in the caption...
Anyway, I tried sharing the photo again, this time without the poll and changed the caption, leaving out any mention of my you-know-who. They immediately delisted it again (I guess they have ways to recognize photos that were violations).
I may or may not post anything else tonight. This is getting frustrating and annoying very quickly.
I sent my you-know-who a release form, but the only option is to become a creator account, with the checkmark and a tag.. recognizable, something unwanted.

In the fun tent this morning...
I came home from the lake with a stiff lower back, probably from lifting a few too many heavy things; although, the chiropractor did say I might be sore after my adjustments. Truthfully, I'm not sure I'm benefitting from the chiropractic adjustments. Tomorrow is the last one of this series. We'll see how it goes. I'm hopeful, but a little leery at this point.
My doc gave me muscle relaxants when I saw her recently, so I'm going to take them regularly over this next week, after which if I'm still having problems, my massage therapist is going to resort to aggressive therapy (really work deep into the lower back muscles).
I took a muscle relaxant a little while ago. It may knock me out. So if this is my only post for today, you'll know why.

If you're interested, this is today's post workout stretch. I'm trying to take extra time for working on flexibility. Towards the end, when I do a forward bend with my legs straight out in front while sitting on the floor, my back really felt tight and sore.

I haven't cut in a while. I'm satisfied with where I'm at, ranging around 135 lb. I mean.. I'm not totally satisfied, but I've increased my carbs and fat for now, and it's delicious and

Just a quick little hello! I don't want y'all to think I'm forgetting about ya, because I'm not! I've been resting today from pretty much everything, but it's evening now and I feel like taking some rocker chick pics! I'll try to be sexy in them, but there's no guarantee.😁😂✌️🤘 I have to be honest. They're not easy. They take a lot of time (getting my makeup and hair ready, and deciding what to wear), and it takes a while for me to "feel" it when taking photos.
