My right lower back is so tender. Hamstrings are super tight. I'm making an effort to really work on flexibility. You should, too.😊

My doctor's appointment went well. She is in agreement with my massage therapist and referred me to her chiropractor who she trusts. She said I can exercise... swim, lift weights.. So I'll continue to take it a little easy with weights until my back is feeling better.

Just an FYI.. I'm not feeling as paranoid about my back right now. As things have come back to my memory from what my massage therapist said yesterday, she thinks it's very possibly my psoas pulling on my vertebrae and causing the twist or rotation of a vertebra. So... I'm free from panic mode at the moment.
