New tutorial on YouTube.
Did you know it took me 9 years to achieve these skills?
Did you know I started my yoga practice at 30?
After my daughter was born I had postnatal depression and attempted on my life. So I was looking for a way to rebuild myself to be here as a mum.
Did you know I cannot just take a photo and have this strength or skills. It took 9 years of showing up for me on my mat behind social media when nobody was watching, liking, seeing it or cheering me on, just me against myself.
For all those that say that showing our practice or self here is attention seeking.
I ask you one question?
Are you not stereotyping and judging a little too simply?
Have you learned or been inspired to start from a tutorial/post online before. If that person did not share their practice you would never have learned or been inspired to start.
I would never be able to show this skill work had I not done 9 years of practice. Stood up at 5am whilst raising a daughter and working.
We are in a world of attention and visuality, yes. But we are also in a world of humans that are doing the work behind the scenes that we are judging too soon.
To the human showing their body here on social media it's okay.
To the human here on social media not showing their body or face it is okay.
To the person watching others posts and not posting it's okay.
To the person posting and pretending to be perfect it's okay
To the person posting who is healing it's okay
To the person posting and unsure and doesn't know themselves it's okay
To the person posting and who knows themselves it's okay
To the person posting quotes or something other than themselves it's okay
To the person showing their flaws it's okay
To the person not showing their flaws it's okay
To the person sharing their life, their dark secrets, their family it's okay
To the person not sharing deeply it's okay.
To the person posting here however you post for whatever reason you post it's okay.
To the person judging those that post because they think their labels tell them who we are, it's not okay. My advice to you is find the people you love on social media and follow them. To the ones you do not resonate with on social media unfollow them. No amount of calling out another and dimming another lights by your judgement will even make you shine brighter or make the world a better place.
I hope one day we can all look at our focus and see our focus is the issue, not the people, places and things.
What is your focus here on social media?
Im just a girl dreaming:
For better tomorrows
For love that never dies
For a world that remembers compassion and kindness
For a house I can call home
For my daughter to know she’s always worthy and believe in herself
For my body to be my friend
For my heart to stop aching for the things I lost and can’t have
For the words of those and the world that hurt me to no longer limit me
For my mind to remember my breath more than my emotions
For the ability to live a life as me, unapologetically and be received with love
For the darkness to stop reminding me I’m not worthy
For the light to shine through the cracks so I always have hope
For the pain to be planted of seeds of growth
For my goals and actions to truly leave foot prints in the sand.
I’m just a girl dreaming

The beauty of a human is not in the clothes they wear, but in the soul & in the compassion & kindness they bestow on their vessel. A human’s beauty should be observed through eyes, because that is the window into the heart, where love resides. WHILST WE MUST WORK TO STOP BODY-SHAMING, WE MUST ALSO BECOME AWARE OF AND WORK ON HOW MUCH WE ARE PRAISING, IDEALISING AND ASPIRING TOWARD SOMETHING OTHER THAN OUR OWN ACCEPTANCE AND CONTENTMENT.
Does anyone remember the amazing Volo photographer I worked with? Here is an original clip. One of the first videos we made in Germany.
For full art check top tiers patreon most content from them is there. Many asked for it. Sadly Volo lost their account and many pieces of art online due to social medias continuing changing rules and the photographer had to refocus on other things.
Working with the the Volo photographer was the first place I felt home and acceptance for how I was and that I could be me goofy, sexy, artist, yoga teacher, woman, healing growing and more.
Shooting yoga became liberating and free. The first shot I did with them when I saw it I cried. I felt like someone had actually seen me and I was home in my body without stigmas and untruths for the first time.
Art and movement became about my soul and its expression. Not my body and body parts. It became about wholeness and finding my tool for life to be more than sexual or broken. It was a huge risk as many over the years have misunderstood me and judged me for it due to our uneducated sexually focused society that does not see the body for more than sex and pleasure or segments sexuality and we forget it is a part of life along with being human, healing, growing, working, being parents, men, women and more.
On a personal front the judgement, misappropriation and shame devastated me and caused much pain and challenges even to this day. It has been hard as just like nude yoga girl I shared my art but I was not appreciated for it or respected and nobody saw the pain. This is the way the world is often. One person is celebrated and has success while another is judged and shamed for their expression of the same or misappropriated. I hope we can learn to see more than one story. I hope we can learn to see that behind every story is heart and pain. We are all walking side by side. I am so grateful for people like Nude Yoga Girl getting their art out there and I hope more people get the love and respect they deserve too like Audri Asana.
However learning into me, connecting to my senses, learning to breathe, move and love my body, this art and yoga also healed me.
Its never been an easy journey and still isn’t but the pain and healing has helped me to breathe and not lose myself in my darkness again.
After being physically and mentally abused. Losing a chîld, being räped and attempting on my life. Depression hit and it was very serious. It was difficult for me to live and do daily activities. The practice of yoga helped me to heal and manage myself without medication. Yoga is not a substitute for therapy or medication or professional treatment but is a wonderful supplementary practice for improving yourself from the inside out. I talk about my journey in my book https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/1786782898/ref=tmm_pap_swatch_0?ie=UTF8&qid=1582216947&sr=8-1
If you’d like to see more of these flows check out p@treon.
If you’d like to see more of these flows check out p@treon link in socials. P@treon is where the art was first shared and main video content resides. Doing all socials myself is a big Job and I try my best to give all I can. Working, raising a chîld and this is more than a full time job with creation, editing and posting. I have no sponsorship or support bar you all. My YouTube and IG are free accounts. In a world of buy this I give all I can and also need to pay bills. I dont own a house or car. Some months are super tight. This next month i dont make money on my retreat I lose money trying to teach others. These things we don't see. I want you you to see truth and the struggle is real. Your support has meant I can do more than create art. I have been able to pay bills, educate myself and daughter. See my parents after 3 years and more so Thank you. In a 24/7 world I’m struggling to manage it all and I see you all and thank you I wish I could do more and I hope one day I can. But I want to say thank you I’m grateful 😇
I hope this gives you a bigger insight into my journey and art if you have more questions DM or comment below.
Blessings and gratitude for you all being here.
Ps sorry for my grammar errors. I an my father have both struggled with dyslexica our whole lives and no matter how hard we try there is always some interesting grammar to keep others entertained lol.

Being at one with our body means we accept, embrace and honour it. This in itself is such a precious act of self-love, as we nurture the union of our mental and physical states. By ACCEPTING our bodies, we cease resisting what is. Acceptance is vital in allowing contentment to flow into our lives. By EMBRACING our bodies, we celebrate its unique and miraculous nature. We stop striving to look a certain way for a surface-level form of societal acceptance. By HONOURING the body, we understand that this is our temple, and so we treat is as such. We cultivate gratitude toward it. - Extract The Nude Blogger

Self love is about learning to be able to identify and detach from these negative thoughts and insecurities and not allowing for them to define us, our reality or our state of mind. It is also about learning to be kind and compassionate towards ourselves, especially in these tumultuous moments.
Understanding the illusion
Being body positive means we begin to break down and break through society’s insidious and warped view of the human body. Firstly, we must start to become aware of the images we’re being sold by the ‘beauty’ industry. We must learn to be discerning so that the pressures of the media begin to bear less weight as we awaken to the media’s stronghold and learn to detach from it.
Let us talk about social media number fame.
I often get people who write to me and say you have x number of followers, you are famous.
I think to myself how every day I go to work. I pay the bills, I parent and hustle.
I think to myself as I write to people that actually have a name in this world for training, things that inspire me or similar and they do not respond to me.
I think to myself how I have traveled throughout the world and nobody recognises me or stops me.
I think to myself how I wrote a book it sells on amazon, yet I have not made a profit and many don’t know that.
I think to myself how I have written to brands for sponsorship and support only to be declined because i don’t fit them.
I think to myself how I have written to instagram for a blue tick for my account, only to be declined and told im not recognized enough as someone of value and social significance to be given a blue tick.
I think how I create and share all my content for free here.
I think to myself how I do this for love and share my journey for healing and helping others and how the number makes people miss that and not see me.
So again the word fame doesn’t mean a number on social media.
When we look at people here we’ve lost perspective.
A number is not fame. Social media fame is not fame.
I am and many of us are just a simply humans connecting to others and not recognised by many and known by few. (Well thats me anyway).
Please do not get lost in a world of instant gratification thinking that another is famous or has it better because the likes and numbers, as the likelihood is they are simply walking side by side you just, like me trying their best to share and help others without any additional benefits.
Many with no more grace or ease. Just simply old fashion hard working souls hoping for better tomorrows, working for better tomorrows, as they are chasing their dreams too.
What do numbers make you think?
Do they make you assume something about someone?

I believe that being defined by our bodies is what creates the unhealthy relationship between the mind and body in the first place. Most of the time, we become defined by our bodies rather unconsciously, from the moment we enter into this world in this form. Whether it’s because of cultural upbringing, societal conditioning, systematic patriarchal norms, personal experiences or pop culture, we are conditioned to see ourselves in a way that puts us at odds with our bodies. From unhealthy obsession to complete disconnect, being defined by the physical form can manifest itself in various ways.
How have you defined your body or being limited by definitions?
What’s been your fav workout or yoga so far?
Any suggestions for yoga and workout or goals you are working on?
Have you tried the 100 and 250 tiers nude training on p@treon (link in social)?
Nudity can be raw, vulnerable, honest, sensual, body love for desire and many other things. I think I chose nude art because of those reasons but also that nudity is natural and near nature, it's interesting, different and beautiful. It's mininalistic, doesn’t encourage materialism. In nude photos and videos you can see shapes in yoga poses, lines of the body. The light and shadow on the skin. In nude we are genuine, not hidden, not covered, but just as we are as most unprotected, open. ❤️
For me training nude I have built more self love and confidence. Learnt better mind muscle connection for training and realized the only thing stopping me is my thoughts. The only thing that challenges me about my body is my thoughts and the weight of others thoughts. Each time I train and share nudity, I learn who I am more and shed who I am not.
What will you learn?
