im thinking of creating some account like on a messaging app, maybe a separate insta, or maybe snap, just something that gives me notifications that i can link onto this account so i can keep up with messages. i always feel so much relief when i finally respond but then the moment i forget for a few days my anxiety gets so bad and i get overwhelmed 😭 but its hard bc i have to specifically remember to chdck OF every day without a notification. i may just set like two daily reminders to check here and see if i do better but if not let me know if u have any ideas, i love talking to u guys i just need it to be easier 😭😭😭
