My back fat is shrinking! See the little fat rolls on the sides? They're getting smaller and less droopy. My back fat is my least favorite part on my body, so to see is getting noticeably smaller and less droopy makes me happy.😊
When you work hard on your physique through diet and exercise, you want it to show. That's how I feel about it, anyway.
I don't ever intend on making anyone feel bad or negative about their shape or size. My fitness journey is simply mine, it's a huge part of my life, and I love to share it.
Happy Tuesday/Wednesday friends!😘🥰 I have a busy day ahead. My husband is off work today and tomorrow, so I'll be managing food for two throughout the morning and afternoon (he's doing this meal plan that I'm doing, but not intermittent fasting, and it's up to me to make sure he's getting all the necessary foods). I'm considering an early bike ride in a bit, and I have a massage scheduled for this afternoon.
My pre-scheduled posts weren't dropping automatically yesterday, so I had to go in and physically publish them. I'll try again tomorrow, but today, I probably won't post till late this afternoon or evening. So don't worry when you don't see me. I'll be here later!😘🥰

There was a time not so long ago when I would have never stood nude in front of a window. I had been taught to be shy and reserved.. to be a "good gurl." Wouldn't it be amazing if it was no longer shocking to see other people nude? When I was a little gurl, earlier than when i was 5 or 6, I always went around the house and outside without a shirt. I don't know why, but I just did.
I'm not saying we should break public nudity laws, but who here would be opposed to more public nudity?😁🤣
