Just an update on my attempt at getting leaner. The first photo was taken a few minutes ago. The last 3 were from January. I weigh 133.8 lbs this morning, the lightest in a year to 2 years. (I weighed 144 lbs in January of this year.)
I pulled out the measuring tape. I'm not losing any more inches; I'm at a standstill. So I checked myself in the mirror. The back fat has shrunk. I'm celebrating because my back has been my most challenging area; it holds onto fat. Also, I have a dress that I used to wear; the shoulders have become overly tight.
My muscles are growing and my fat is shrinking.
