Btw, my pre-op appointment went well. Countdown begins, only 20 more days (23 Jan) til I'm explant free! I'm hoping it'll be smooth sailing. I'll be on the sidelines for 4 to 6 weeks when it comes to working out, but time goes quickly, and I'll be back to it.
My look for today... I'm loving my new no-heat hair style. I'll be gone all day. I'll stop by and say hi tonight. Have a great day!

Tomorrow I have my pre-op for my surgery. My labs came back normal, so I'm good to go. Just sign some paperwork, pay a bunch of money, and then in 3 weeks, it's time for surgery.
These are really nice pantyhose, but I've gained a few holiday pounds, causing them to roll at the waist if I bend at all, and they are annoying the heck out of me.🤪

I haven't worked out since Friday. My back is feeling amazing at the moment; I hope I'm not speaking too soon. I'll probably go back to lifting this next week, but I'll lift light. At this point, I don't even care if it means my muscles shrink a little. I just want a healthy back.
I have a massage this afternoon, and then this weekend I'm hanging out with my granddaughters.
I'll try to make a PPV today. A few of you have been asking for more more more.😁😉

Washing some of the holiday stress away... and preparing my mind for the new year. All the holiday treats have left me feeling bloated and in need of some self-discipline. We still have one more get together this Wednesday with my immediate family, and then I'll get a headstart on the new year.
My husband and two of my sons went in on a robot vacuum/mopper for me, and one of my sons bought me an e-stim massager for my back. These will lessen the stress on my lower back, and I'm hoping/praying for a full recovery so that I can work hard in the home gym. I'll be out for a few weeks after my explant/capsulectomy and lift (23 Jan).
In the meantime, diet will be a big focus of mine. I plan on doing the plant based diet for a bit; I'll also eat eggs, fish, and dairy. I just want to try something different for a bit. Cut out some meat fat while making things a little more interesting.
