PULL (BACK/BICEPS/ABS) increase weight each set! 40 minutes of LISS cardio to follow lifting. lat pulldowns superset cable pullovers - 4 x 10-15 cable rows - 4 x 10-15 1 arm db rows - 2 x 20 each arm rack deadlifts - 5 x 5 cable curls - 3 x 15 (I did 4) crunches superset leg raises - 3 x 25-30 (use weight when you can)
