Thought I’d share with you something I enjoy doing. When I used to have a 9 to 5 job I was such a terrible workaholic I was constantly sick. I lived in this area for 10 years and never once explored it or enjoyed what it had to offer. But luckily things have changed, I’m now being able to look after my health more both physically and mentally. Stress is a killer. At times I used to work so hard to make ends my hands would be shaking. These days I still work a lot but it’s more controlled and I can focus on my writing which is my art. I now get to cycle around too which is new and I explore scenic roots like in the video this morning. That’s literally at the back of my house and I never knew about it! As I cycled back this morning I caught myself smiling and I knew I’m finally in a happy place in my life. Finally.
