It’s up to you! I like to buy organic produce because I don’t have to worry so much about chemicals from pesticides sticking to my fruits and veggies 🍇🥦🫑🥕 But are non-organic fruits and veggies bad? Absolutely not! If you need a more affordable option, non-organic produce is a totally fine choice. 👍😊 Just make sure to wash your produce extra well and you’re set! 😚💚

Tofu is one of those things that of course if it’s not prepared right, it’s going to taste boring and flavorless. But tofu is extremely versatile, and super yummy when made properly! 💚 My favorite way to prepare tofu is by squeezing any excess liquid out of it, then chopping it into small bite-sized cubes. Then I add it to a pan with some oil and fry it until it’s nice and crispy. Make sure to keep gently squeezing it throughout the cooking process to get that nice crunch! Then I add my favorite sweet chili sauce, and boom! You have a delicious plant-based appetizer or protein for meals! 🤤🥰💚
I loveeeee vegetable juices for a quick easy way to get a nutrient boost whenever I need! 💚 Carrot is one of my favorites, great for eyesight, skin, and hormones! But you know I’ll never say no to a green juice either 😝😉

It gives you way more freedom to make the recipe your own and decide what you like more.

If you’re looking to have a cocktail but trying to not feel too guilty about it, ditch the pre-made mixers and get some soda water, limes, lemons, and some fruit juices with no added sugars. My favorite mix is tequila, soda water, lime, and grapefruit juice. Yum! Wanna have a drink with me? 💚

This is one of my favorite plant-based snacks. More and more restaurants and grocery stores are offering cauliflower wings, so it’s easier than ever to try them! If you can’t find them, though, they’re also super easy to make! Simple dip your cauliflower in any non-dairy milk, then cover in your favorite spices and breadcrumbs, and fry, bake, or air-fry! Then toss in your favorite sauce. Enjoy!

Even if you’re not ready to go fully plant-based, cutting back on dairy is always a good idea 🥰 Too much dairy consumption can lead to digestive problems, weight gain, and acne! Even if you’re not lactose intolerant. Fun fact, I first started cutting dairy to help my skin, and it immediately helped clear up my blemishes!
Luckily, so many places are offering yummy dairy-free options now. Like starbucks! If you wanna try cutting back your dairy consumption a little, but you still want that cup of coffee in the morning (like me!) try ordering any one of Starbucks flavored lattes with oat milk instead of regular milk. Oat milk is by far the creamiest, yummiest plant-based milk on the market right now.
