My last 2 pics of my heart rate monitor from this mornings workout. I want to offer a PSA😁. Cardio is great & u burn a ton of calories. Strength training you don't burn as many calories...but what u do burn is all fat. Cardio doesn't distinguish what it's burning...fat & muscle. Plus when u lift you get the afterburn. Your metabolism is elevated for the next 24-48 hrs after lifting. This is why I Strength train & a little Cardio 😁 One of these days I'll finally be able to do a pull-up 🤣

Here's some exercises I do in the gym. I do more functional strength training 4 days/wk. I like my muscles and this is a way to maintain them😋. And then I also do boxing class too, 3 days/wk😁. Now I just need a volunteer to massage all my tight muscles😄

Merry Christmas y'all. Enjoy your family while you still have them. One day they may not be around then you're spending Xmas alone...let me tell you...it fucking sucks😢 I'm grateful I was able to spend time with my sister, but ended up having to fly back early due to flight canceled. Just taking it easy today. Doing some cleaning out of closets & will binge watch some Netflix.
