My traps seem to grow the easiest for me, wish my lower body responded to such little volume but that's okay. As you can see my ass basically swallows these shorts on the hack squat machine. My shorts look like a thong when I finish a set of squats. There was a group of teeenagers staring at me from across the gym lol. Photos compliments of my husbands Iphone.
