Some quarantine fitness in booty shorts. Fitness is a big part of my life. I do yoga and use cardio machines in my videos sometimes. But that is really only for making sexy videos. My real workouts are weight lifting with crossfit as a supplement. I actually teach olympic lifting. A lot of people ask so I will tell you. My max 1 rep deadlift is 315 pounds, bench press is 165, and my squat is about 245 right now. The set of pull-ups you see here was actually my 4th set before filming started, but I can usually do about 12 to 14 pull-ups when done strict. But anyone who has done crossfit knows that we are allowed to kip in that sport, so if they are "crossfit pullups" I can do 20+ usually. But in my workouts I do everything strict because it builds muscle way better. The kipping crossfit thing is really just for winning competitions, not for building the most muscle. If you are short on time skip to 5:45 minute mark. That is where the shorts come down haha.
