This ball gag is actually a lacrosse ball with parachute chord through the middle. My husband made it by drilling a hole through the center of it. Anyway, it's an EXTREMELY large ball gag. To give you an idea it is the same size as a tennis ball. I have a big mouth and even I have a hard time opening my mouth wide enough to get it in. It's a very full feeling in the mouth. Very helpless feeling, but in a good way.
